Having qualified instructors is one of the 3 key pillars to the Maplesoft Hawks philosophy on development. It is an absolute priority to work with qualified individuals that not only have ample experience but who also have the ability to pass that information along in a fun adn effective manner. We strongly believe that our group of instructors is the most qualified group in Ottawa. Many of them have achieved the goal that so many kids strive for, to play in the National Hockey League. They've been there and they know what it takes to be the absolute best and they are willing to pass their knowledge on the motivated kids.

BRAD BROWN - is the President of the Maplesoft Hawks Hockey Organization, Brad was a solid stay at home D that played over 350 NHL games with the Montreal Canadians, Chicago Blackhawks and Minnesota Wild where he served as Captain. He's passionate about passing on all of his knowledge to Ottawa's elite hockey players.
SHEAN DONOVAN - A very familiar face to hockey fans in Ottawa, Shean was just shy of 1000 games in the NHL with Colorado, Atlanta, Pittsburgh, Calgary, Boston and most noteably your Ottawa Senators. An absolute specialist when it comes to breaking down and teaching the basics of the skating stride. Shean was one of the fastest players in the National Hockey League during his playing days.
